1x 50 minute Personal or Semi-Private training session (max 2 ppl). Great for solo or friends who’d like to workout together.
Training session will be with company owner Corine Latreille (fluent in French and English).
Corine & her husband Sergey are former Cirque du Soleil acrobats. Fitnastika began in 2012 when they retired from show business & wanted to share their love of movement & fitness with everyone. Corine is a certified in Pilates & an experienced Pre/Postnatal fitness instructor. She loves helping women regain confidence in their body’s ability to move & feel strong. She also loves working with athletes of all ages looking to increase their flexibility and/or improve their handstands.
